Intense times bring up intense feelings. Feelings change over time—rage, grief, hopelessness, hope, determination... and that's normal. What's important is to let each feeling come, without judgment. This blog offers a practice for attending to our feelings. Although I wrote this post to address the COVID-19 crisis, the practice can be used in any circumstance.
